Omnipress remains open to serve our customers while keeping our employees safe.
With the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) pandemic spreading through the U.S., we are all making significant changes in our lives and business. The health and safety of our employees, family, and friends are of the utmost importance.
On March 24th, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued a Safer at Home Order for all Wisconsin Residents, effective at 8:00 a.m. on March 25th and lasting four weeks. Based on our role of supporting our nation’s organizations and their delivery of vital educational and training materials, operational standards and reference manuals in critical fields such as mental health, cyber security, industrial hygiene, health & medical, home schooling and distance learning, among many others, Omnipress is an essential business and will remain open. We will continue to serve the production and delivery commitments of our customers, so that we can continue to fulfill our role in disseminating crucial educational materials.
The vast majority of our staff have been working remotely since March 16th in order to minimize the number of personnel onsite so that we may safely continue operations. We have implemented internal guidelines for our staff that follow the CDC recommendations for hygiene and social distancing. The safety of our employees is our #1 priority, and we will continue to monitor CDC guidelines and make any adjustments as needed.
