Use this pricing information as a guide to understanding how we structure pricing for each of our print and digital conference products and services for in-person, hybrid, or virtual events. Bundle two or more solutions and save money.
CATALYST® Pricing
CATALYST® pricing consists of two parts:
- A charge per submission, plus
- A flat fee for technical and project management support
Per-Submission Fee:
Cost per submission decreases based on volume. Quote is developed based on estimated number of submissions, but the final invoice is adjusted based on actual numbers.
Technical and Project Management Support:
Includes set-up and configuration of submission and review forms; set-up of broadcast emails; standard report set-up; data export and clean-up; ongoing project and tech support; and staff training.
*Additional fees may apply if you have specialized requirements or are integrating with another third-party system. We will work with you to assess all options and solutions before providing a quote.
Conference Print Pricing
Conference Print pricing quotes are based on:
- Print quantity
- Page count
- Finished size
- Number of colors
- Paper type
- Binding type
- Finishing (folds, perforations, etc.)
- Shipping destination and delivery timeline
- Print-ready file
*Cost includes time and labor of your Omnipress project manager to oversee the planning, proofing, delivery, and production of your project.
Virtual Conference Platform Pricing
Our Virtual Conference & Event Platform pricing consists of two parts:
- Nominal charge per uploaded file
- 12-month hosting agreement, which can be extended beyond that
Price includes time and labor for your Omnipress project manager to handle all of the platform set-up and file uploads.
Video Capture & Recording Tool Pricing
Video Capture & Recording Tool pricing consists of two parts:
- A charge per submission, plus
- A flat fee for technical and project management support

Event Swag Bag Pricing
Event Swag Bag and Kit pricing is determined by the following:
- Quantity
- Box (standard or custom)
- Packing fill (standard or custom)
- Packing tape (clear or custom)
- Number of branded areas
Costs include receiving of all customer-supplied items, kit assembly, and time and labor of your Omnipress project manager to oversee the planning proofing, delivery, and production of your project.
*Additional print services, Omnipress-sourced premium items, and shipping/mailing costs are estimated separately.
Digital Flipbook Pricing
Digital Flipbook cost consists of:
- Flat set-up and hosting fee
- Additional charge based on:
- Total number of pages
- Total number of cross-links
- Addition of embedded audio
- Addition of embedded video
- Addition of call-out windows
*Cost includes 12 months of online hosting plus time and labor of your Omnipress project manager to set up and configure the file.
Mobile App Pricing
Mobile App Cost Consists Of:
- Flat set-up fee that includes all available mobile app modules
- Additional charge based on:
- Video Albums
- Photo Albums
- Interactive Floor Plans
- Attendify Streaming Services
- Branded Multi-Event App
*Cost includes 12 months of usage plus time and labor of Omnipress to set up and configure the mobile app modules.
