A print and fulfillment partnership that delivers important resources to teachers

eMATHinstruction is an independent publisher that provides well-designed middle and high school math courses to school districts around the country. These courses and materials give teachers the framework and tools they need to increase their students’ math fluency while adhering to current curricula standards.

“Omnipress has always been very helpful and responsive. You understand our business which means there is little I need to worry about.”

Shana Weiler, Owner

Challenge: Change print and fulfillment providers quickly with minimal disruption to customer service and business processes

Since its inception in 2008, eMATHinstruction has successfully increased demand for its courses and materials that provide support to teachers and students in the classroom. Among the resources they offer are workbooks that contain lessons, homework sets, and unit reviews, which are ordered online and shipped to school districts. The organization began to have doubts about whether their existing print and fulfillment provider would be able to meet their needs in the future.

Solution: A print and fulfillment partner who had the experience and resources to maintain business continuity and facilitate a smooth transition

eMATHinstruction searched for a new partner who could consistently deliver both high print quality and handle warehousing and fulfillment of course materials without changing existing systems and processes. Omnipress not only met both criteria but had the expertise to map out an onboarding process that was quick and painless for eMATHinstruction, and virtually invisible to end-customers.

Results: A hassle-free transition to a strong, future-focused partnership

According to owner Shana Weiler, “Omnipress runs a very tight ship, and operates with the utmost professionalism, which is very much appreciated.” Moving forward, eMATHinstruction can focus on developing high-quality curricula for teachers knowing that Omnipress will be there to deliver it.
