Of course! In fact, we have partnered with a leading premium products provider, The Widget Source, to make the process as easy as possible. Browse their online selection of products, select what you need, and they’ll produce your items and ship them directly to Omnipress, giving you one less thing to worry about. As an added bonus, Omnipress customers receive a discount!

Our “standard” participant kit is economical and fast to produce, making it a dependable option for many customers. We do provide some easy ways to customize our “standard” mailer, from colored packing fill and tape, to seven branding area options. If you’re looking for even more customization, such as alternate box sizes or imprinting on the box, we can provide a custom quote and production timeline.

We can produce just about any printed materials you need for your course, as well as other promotional pieces. Your Omnipress project manager will work with you to coordinate all details so that your pieces are printed, inserted into your kits or bags, and shipped to your attendees in time for your conference. We can even give you a hand with design and formatting.

We have seen our customers send a wide variety of both practical and creative items in their participant kits. In addition to the coursebook or training manual, some have included supplies to help facilitate learning, like highlighters, post-it notes and worksheets. Others have also included items that acknowledge the challenges of learning virtually, such as snacks, a coffee tumbler or a Do Not Disturb sign. Don’t forget to use this as an opportunity to cross-promote other programs, too!
